SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS
The SHRM Institute and EASers ALUMNI Association is a place for alumni to connect, interact, share experiences, and collaborate. SHRM Institute and EAS Vietnam are international organizations, so this is a very effective networking forum for individuals or organizations that want to integrate globally.
ALUMNI
Professional knowledge and degrees from universities are not enough to break through your career. Understanding your difficulties, we have developed a high-class, rigorous, professional international Higher Education ecosystem, essentially considered as “West Point University Vietnam”, with global EAS IHHRM G23.0 standards and a subject-integrated credit system that has reshaped the way you upgrade your capital, strategy and leadership capacity.
These training programs help you become a global citizen in terms of capacity and adaptability to work with the advantages of “The figure of a model, the health of an Olympic athlete, the intelligence of a scholar, the eloquence of a speaker, the behavior of a psychologist” with the global human resource standard EAS IHHRM G23.0. With a team of professionals, dedicated, intelligent, efficient and dynamic. Bringing learning and practice opportunities compatible with all standards of the European – Asian or American labor market. A place to hold hands and guide, help learners change from the first lesson and take on a multi-tasking job position as soon as they complete the program, far beyond the usual rules.
When you complete the training programs at EAS Vietnam or SHRM Institute, you will become a global multi-tasker, but you are still encouraged to maintain contact with the Alumni Association to gain more values and benefits from updating knowledge to improving career opportunities.

- You will receive support, strategic advice and life support for 12 years after graduation at
no cost. - Former students can receive a 20% discount on other training programs (if any) and a 10% discount for
relatives if they participate in training programs organized by EAS Vietnam or SHRM Institute. - Network with other members in professional and social activities.
- Get job support when needed and other benefits that are difficult for the average person to access.

DONATE TO ISHRM
It is a noble gesture when you show affection to the place that has supported and accompanied you. There are many emotions from joy to disappointment but above all, affection for what you have experienced here.
Society will look at you and your behavior with the place you studied to judge your ability and social value.
It could be a talk to share experiences or to motivate the next generation of students. It could also be a small contribution to the facilities or to enhance the value of yourself and the place you have accompanied. That contribution will contribute to enriching the opportunities for other students to have the opportunity to access EAS Vietnam or SHRM Institute to grow together like you.
It could also be volunteer activities with the EAS Vietnam team or SHRM Institute to add more meaning.
The activities you give back to EAS Vietnam demonstrate your maturity and stature as a global citizen.
