ISHRM’s Office of Research, Innovation and Impact is the first private organization in Vietnam and the region to initiate research and application activities of the global EAS IHHRM G23.0 standard for organizations, governments, ministries, industries, enterprises and universities and colleges in global green integration and development. Our bold, forward-thinking innovators focus on transformative discoveries and inventions to solve the world’s most pressing and complex challenges right here in Vietnam.

We support researchers with specialized resources, training programs and facilities, and promote cross-industry collaboration through ISHRM institutes and centers.

By providing hands-on research opportunities, direct access to the global EAS IHHRM G23.0 model and standards, expert faculty and mentors, and programs that encourage entrepreneurial thinking and international internships, we prepare leaders, managers, and HR professionals to have global strategic thinking capabilities, and students to have the multi-tasking capabilities when they leave universities and develop.

Through an unwavering commitment to our greater mission, we stimulate economic growth, social impact, and improve lives and careers in ISHRM or Vietnam or globally and beyond.
